Bodega Historica is in the fourth generation, since 1931 continuously creating Mallorcan wines in Binissalem. In 1931, José L. Ferrer founded this bodega and introduced new techniques in the cultivation of vines.
He also specialized in creating great white wines based on native varieties and exported them further to Europe and America. The tour not only shows the cement tanks and the wine cellar, but takes guests through the complete history and journey of this bodega.
