Hermitage of Sant Honorat
The church was built in the 14th century and dates back to 1494. At that time, Bishop Anraue Desbrull founded a spiritual retreat. The former monastery is 280 meters above sea level in the eastern part of the mountains.
It is one of three monasteries on the Puig de Randa in Mallorca, from which a road leads to the top of the mountain.
GOOD TO KNOW
Basically, there are mostly Catholic churches here on the island. However, if you belong to the Protestant faith, the Protestant parish office also has the right to use the churches on Mallorca as far as possible. So even then you can get married in almost every church on the island.
