Special conditions
The following services are included in the Finca contract:
- Exclusive use of the spaces designated by the property.
- Staff responsible for the estate during the event
- Secure parking
- Emergency generator
- Care of the toilets for the duration of the event
- Air conditioning (air conditioning / heating)
- Video surveillance inside the property

cleaning
- Cleaning of the restrooms for the duration of the event.
- Cleaning fee: 3,00 € + VAT per adult guest.

Overnight flat rate
All 5 bedrooms must be booked as a package to hold the event at Finca Amarilla.
The total cost for bed and breakfast is €1,000 VAT.
Tourism fee not included .
Room service:
- 2 sets of towels
- Air conditioning cold and/or heat
- TV
- Refrigerator with a bottle of water
- Self-service breakfast of coffee, tea, juices, pastries, cereals, English bread, butter, and jam.
Finca room service includes:
- Additional towels €10.00 VAT
- Extra bed €20.00 VAT
- Sheets for the sofa bed €20.00 VAT
- Crib with linen €15.00 VAT
- 1.5 liter water bottle €2.50 VAT

lighting
Installation of festoons for the dining area and 1 other area (2 areas in total)
- Price: €500 VAT.
If lighting, sound, or other technical equipment with high energy consumption is rented, a generator specifically for this equipment must be rented.

Payment terms
1.First payment (upon confirmation):
2000 € + 10% VAT. Additional deposit of 1000 € for catering.
2.Second payment (1 month after confirmation):
2000 € + 10% VAT.
3.Third payment (6 months before the event):
25% of the event total.
4.Fourth payment (60 days before the event):
50% of the event total.
5.Fifth payment (30 days before the event): Remaining amount, adjusted according to the final number of guests and services contracted.
This plan ensures a progressive distribution of payments, culminating in the final adjustment prior to the event based on confirmation of specific details.

Music license
- From midnight (00:00), all music, whether live or not, must be played in one of the designated buildings and must not exceed 90 dB.
- If you want to have a live band or DJ outside, this is only permitted until 00:00 and up to 90 dB.
- Under European law, an SGAE (music rights and intellectual property) fee must be paid if music is played during the event. This is a fixed amount of €300 VAT per event.

Check In&Out
For daytime events, clients have access to the venue from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
For evening events, clients have access to the venue from 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Should clients wish to extend this time or require earlier access to the venue, please discuss this with the event planner.
If clients and guests require access to the rooms before the event to change, they can enter from 1:00 PM on the day of the event.
Check in time will from 1.00 PM
Check-out from the bedrooms the day after the event is possible until 11:00 AM. Should it be necessary to enter the finca earlier due to setup work for the event, this must be discussed with the organizer.

Rental prices
The rental price for the finca is: Monday to Thursday: €1,200 + VAT Friday and Sunday: €1,700 + VAT Saturday: €2,750 + VAT For events between November 1st and May 1st: Monday to Thursday: €1,200 + VAT Friday and Sunday: €1,200 + VAT Saturday: €2,000 + VAT For events between November 1st and May 1st, a 30% discount is granted on the above prices. (As of October 2024)

Special conditions
- The party is included until 5:00 a.m. After this time, a charge of €500 VAT will be applied for each additional hour. The following can be provided:
- Chairs
- Tables (round or rectangular with tablecloths - one for every 10 guests)
- Bar for the party area
- Bistro tables (wooden or with tablecloths - one for every 15/20 guests, depending on the size of the event) Presentation or concert setup:
- Up to 80 guests: €300 VAT
- 80 guests or more: €6.00 VAT per person.

- Daytime events until 11:00 PM
- Nighttime events until 4:00 AM Overtime will be charged at a surcharge of €400 + VAT.

Special conditions
- It is possible to extend the event after 2:00 a.m., whereby the cost for each additional hour until 4:00 a.m. is 750 € plus VAT
- For groups of more than 100 people there is a surcharge of 35 € VAT pP
- The maximum limit is 120 people in total

cleaning
Cleaning costs: €200 VAT (cleaning during the event and final cleaning)

lighting
- Outdoor lighting for dinner (lights on the facade of the finca and on the porch).

Payment terms
- 1st payment to confirm the reservation for the requested date: €3,000 VAT.
- 2nd payment 6 months before the event date: remaining balance VAT. A €1,000 deposit will be added to the final invoice to cover any damages or other costs incurred during the event (e.g., additional bar opening hours). If no further costs or damages have been incurred at the end of the event, this deposit will be fully refunded. Bank transfers must include, at a minimum, the date and location of the event, as well as a clear reference to the client (e.g., company name).

Music license
Under European law, a fee for SGAE (musicians' and intellectual property rights) is payable. The fee is €250 VAT per event.

Check In&Out
The maximum duration of the event is 9 hours. Afternoon events: from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Daytime events: from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Other schedules can be adjusted upon prior request.

- For events with more than 200 people, the price increases. (As of October 2024) A security deposit of €500 is required to cover any damages or other costs that may arise (e.g. an additional hour during the open bar). If no further costs or damages are incurred, the deposit will be refunded.
